Elite is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We do not
sell, trade, or rent any of the client information to any outside third parties.
This includes, but is not limited to; user name, e-mail address, postal address,
postal address of mail recipients, e-mail address of e-mail notification
recipients and payment information.
Elite requires that each and every User who applies for a new membership on any
of the websites within the Elite Network read, review, and agree to the User
Agreement (Terms of Service) before completing their new membership signup. This
agreement specifies the rights and responsibilities of both the User and of
Elite, outlines important refund policies, provides disclaimers, governing law,

The Elite database is stored in a state-of-the-art facility along with the
website. Elite server is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the
professional network technicians. Special care is
taken that only authorized personnel are allowed to access the User data at any
time, and that these personnel are fully aware of the sensitive nature of the
personal information being stored.
Elite takes a strong stance against the practice of sending unsolicited e-mail,
otherwise known as SPAM, and completely supports all Internet User's right to
privacy. Elite will not tolerate any incidence of spamming from any of its
members. Specifically, those who participate in the affiliate program are
prohibited from sending mass unsolicited e-mail to gather referral rewards, or
for any other purpose.
